The 1994 to 2005 Dodge Ram Pick Up equipped with the Cummins 5.9L engine is know for having a poorly designed throttle position sensor and APPS circuit (Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor) . This circuit is highly sensitive to RF signal Interference, this causes false voltage readings to be sent to the ECM (Computer). These false voltage signals can cause the computer to rapidly cycle the lock-up torque converter on and off as you drive.
