With these new dual color switch back LED bulbs from RECON you will finally be able to have White LED running/parking lights and Amber LED turn signals...these new dual color switchback LED bulbs from RECON have been specifically designed for RECON projector headlights and also work great installed in any clear front or rear turn signal lenses. Now you can have that HID white look you want for your running lights and still be totally legal by having an amber colored turn signal and both will be all LED!!! These new dual color LED bulbs feature cutting-edge technology which enables each of the 60 (that's right 60) LEDs to be significantly brighter and more effective than standard SMD-type or SMT-type LEDs used in other turn signal & running light LED bulbs.

 

These new RECON dual color switchback LED bulbs have 30 Amber & 30 White radial facing (360 degree) LEDs that illuminate perfectly in the chrome or black chrome reflective housing of your vehicles head lamp or tail lamp assembly creating a dazzling effect which is complimented by 6 Amber, and 6 White forward facing LED's to fill out the front of the lens with the same incredible effect. These are by far the most trick LED bulbs on the planet!

 

How it Works

When the parking lights are on the color will be white, when the turn signal is applied the white will turn off and the amber color will blink in conjunction with the corresponding turn signal. When the turn signals have been turned off the white color will come back on.

 

RECON's New DUAL COLOR SWITCHBACK LED Bulbs which feature 60 LED's (30 White & 30 Amber) benefit from extremely low power consumption, utilize built-in current limiting resistors, generate practically no heat, and boast a longer life expectancy than any other automotive LED bulb currently available. RECON LED bulbs have an average life expectancy of up to 80,000 hours.

 

LED bulbs may cause some newer vehicles to indicate a bulb is burnt out (because of their low power consumption). Some cars indicate this by increasing the flash rate of the turn signals, some turn on a bad bulb indicator. This can be remedied with our Load Resistors wired across the turn signal bulbs to simulate a filament bulb load. 

 

This 6 Ohm, 50 Watt resistors can be connected across the turn signal bulbs to simulate the load of a regular filament bulb (2 Amp load). This will solve LED related turn signal problems such as hyper flashing or burnt out bulb indications. This LED Load Resistor can be use with most signal or brake light which uses SINGLE or DUAL FILAMENT LED light bulbs, like the 7443, 1157, 3157, 3357, 3457, 4057, 4157, 1156, 7440, 3156 etc.

 

 

Using included splice taps, connect one wire to ground and the other wire to the turn/brake hot wire. Splice taps allow for installation without cutting your turn signal wires.
